Alexander G. Ramm was born in Russia, emigrated to USA in 1979 and is a US citizen. He is Professor Emeritus of Mathematics with broad interests in analysis, scattering theory, inverse problems, theoretical physics, engineering, signal estimation, tomography, theoretical numerical analysis and applied mathematics. He is an author of 725 research papers, 23 research monographs and an editor of 3 books. He has lectured at many Universities throughout the world, gave more than 155 invited and plenary talks at various Conferences and had supervised 11 Ph.D students. He was Fulbright Research Professor in Israel and Ukraine; distinguished visiting professor in Mexico and Egypt; Mercator Professor in Germany; Research Professor in France; invited plenary speaker at the 7-th PACOM; he won Khwarizmi international award in 2004 and received other honors. A.G.Ramm was the first to prove uniqueness of the solution to inverse scattering problems with fixed-energy scattering data; the first to prove uniqueness of the solution to inverse scattering problems with non-over-determined scattering data and the first to study inverse scattering prob- lems with under-determined scattering data. He studied inverse scattering problems for potential scattering and for scattering by obstacles. He solved many specific inverse problems and developed new methods and ideas in the area of inverse scattering problems. He introduced the notion of Property C for a pair of differential operators and applied Property C for one-dimensional and multi-dimensional inverse scattering problems. A. G. Ramm solved many-body wave scattering problem when the bodies are small particles of arbitrary shapes, assuming that a much less than d and d is much less that λ, where a is the characteristic size of the particles, d is the minimal distance between neighboring particles, and λ is the wavelength in the material in which the small particles are embedded. Multiple scattering is essential under these assumptions. He used this theory to give a theory for creating materials with a desired refraction coefficient and materials with a desired wave-focusing property. A. G. Ramm gave a recipe for creating materials with a desired refraction coefficient. These results attracted attention of the scientists working in nanotechnology. A. G. Ramm gave formulas for the scattering amplitude for scalar and electromagnetic waves by small bodies of arbitrary shapes and analytical formulas for the polarizability tensors for these bodies. A. G. Ramm gave a solution to the Pompeiu problem, proved the Schiffer’s conjecture and gave many results about symmetry problems for PDE, including first symmetry results in harmonic analysis. A. G. Ramm has developed the Dynamical Systems Method (DSM) for solving linear and non- linear operator equations, especially ill-posed. These results were used numerically and demon- strated practical efficiency of the DSM. A. G. Ramm developed random fields estimation theory for a wide class of random fields. A. G. Ramm has developed a theory of convolution equations with hyper-singular integrals and solved analytically integral equations with hyper-singular kernels. These results he applied to the study of the NSP (Navier-Stokes problem). As a result, he solved the millennium problem concerning the Navier-Stokes equations. A. G. Ramm formulated and proved the NSP paradox which shows the contradictory nature of the NSP and the non-existence of its solution on the interval t ∈ [0.∞) for the initial data v0(x) 6 ≡ 0 and f (x, t) = 0. A. G. Ramm has introduced a wide class of domains with non-compact boundaries. He studied the spectral properties of the Schr¨odinger operators in this class of such domains and gave suffient conditions for the absence of eigenvalues on the continuous spectrum of these operators. A. G. Ramm developed the theory of local, pseudolocal and geometrical tomography. He has proved a variety of the results concerning singularities of the Radon transform and developed multidimensional algorithms for finding discontinuities of signals from noisy discrete data.

Dr. Peyman Givi is Distinguished Professor of Mechanical Engineering and the James T. MacLeod Professor in Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh. Previously he held the rank of University Distinguished Professor in Aerospace Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received the Professor of the Year Award by Tau Beta Pi (2002). He also worked as a Research Scientist at the Flow Industries, Inc. in Seattle. Dr. Givi has had frequent visiting appointments at the NASA Langley & Glenn (Lewis) centers, and received the NASA's Public Service Medal (2005). He is amongst the first 15 engineering faculty nationwide who received the White House Presidential Faculty Fellowship from President George Bush. He also received the Young Investigator Award of the Office of Naval Research, and the Presidential Young Investigator Award of the National Science Foundation. Dr. Givi is the Deputy Editor of AIAA Journal, member of the editorial boards of Computers & Fluids, Journal of Applied Fluid Mechanics; the Open Aerospace Engineering Journal, an Associate Editor of Journal of Combustion; and a past advisory board member of Progress in Energy and Combustion Science. Prior to joining the faculty at Washington University in 2001, Professor Agarwal was the Chair of the Aerospace Engineering Department at Wichita State University from 1994 to 1996 and the Executive Director of National Institute for Aviation Research from 1996 to 2001. From 1994 to 2001, he was also the Bloomfield Distinguished Professor at Wichita State University. From 1978 to 1994, Professor Agarwal worked in various scientific and managerial positions at McDonnell Douglas Research Laboratories in St. Louis. He became the Program Director and McDonnell Douglas Fellow in 1990. From 1976 to 1978, Professor Agarwal worked as a NRC Research Associate at NASA Ames Research Center and as a Principal Research Engineer at Rao and Associates in Palo Alto, California from 1975 to 1976. Professor Raman Singh’s primary research interests are in the relationship of Nano-/microstructure and Environment-assisted degradation and fracture of metallic and composite materials, and Nanotechnology for Advanced Mitigation of such Degradations. He has also worked extensively on use of advanced materials (e.g., graphene) for corrosion mitigation, and stress corrosion cracking, and corrosion and corrosion-mitigation of magnesium alloys (including for the use of magnesium alloys for aerospace, defence and bioimplant applications). Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak was born in Koszalin, Poland, on December 30, 1965. He graduated in mathematics (numerical methods and programming) from the University of Gdansk, Poland in 1990. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in computer science from the Polish – Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Warsaw, Poland. From 1991 to 1994 he was a civilian programmer in the High Military School in Koszalin. He was a teacher of mathematics and computer science in the Private Economic School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999. Since March 1998 he has worked in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology, Poland and since October 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Computer Science and Management in this department. His research interests connect mathematics with computer science and include computer vision, artificial intelligence, shape representation, curve interpolation, contour reconstruction and geometric modeling, numerical methods, probabilistic methods, game theory, operational research and discrete mathematics.

Professor Ekaterinaris obtained his B.Sc. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in 1977. He received his M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 1983, and his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering in 1987, both at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Professor Ekaterinaris has worked at NASA-Ames Research Center, Moffett Field CA — through the Navy/NASA joint Institute of Aeronautics — since 1987, and at the same time was faculty at the Naval Postgraduate School at Monterey. He spent more than a year (1995-1997) at RISOE, Denmark's national laboratory (wind energy department), and then worked at Nielsen Engineering and Research (1997-2000). He returned to Greece, and he became professor at the school of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of the University of Patras. His interests are methodology development in computational mechanics, including aerodynamics, magnetogasdynamics, flow transition, turbulence research, flow structure interaction in aeronautics and biomechanics and multi-scale phenomena. He has been member of AIAA (where he served as a member of technical committees), and an AIAA associate fellow since 1995. Fatma Newagy is a Professor of Communications Engineering in Ain Shams University. Dr. Newagy is a member of Communications and Information Technology ICT National committee – Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT). She is a member of Space Research and Remote Sensing Scientific Council, Specialized Scientific Councils – ASRT. She is the supervisor of Space Technology Lab in ASU – funded by Egyptian Space Agency (EgSA). Rui-Qi Dong (Student Member, IEEE) received the M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in control science and engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, China, in 2016 and 2021, respectively. She visited the University of British Columbia from October 2018 to October 2019. She is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. Her research interests include attitude control of spacecraft and system identification. Dr. Dong was a recipient of the National Scholarship in 2015 and 2018.

Prof. Feng Lu degrees are in Aerospace propulsion theory and engineering from NUAA (Ph.D., 2009; China). He has served as a Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Professor at NUSS (2009-now), and Prof. Lu has numerous awards including: 2022, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations; Editorial board of three journals about aeronautics and astronautics.

Prof. Najoua Turki-Kamoun is a full Professor at the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis (FST) University of Tunis El Manar Tunisia. She obtained her PhD thesis in 1992 from FST and the Habilitation (HDR) in Physics in Tunisia (FST) in 2000 and she is a Professor since 2007. Her academic research focuses on Transparent conductive oxides (TCO : ZnO, SnO2, In2O3, TiO2, MoO3, Fe2O3 and Fe3O4), binary semiconductors (In2S3, SnS, CdS, Cu2S, ZnS, PbS and MgS), ternary (CuInS2, In(2-x)GaxS2, P3HT and P3OT) and quaternary compounds (CuIn(1-x)GaxS2 :CIGS and Cu2ZnSnS4 :CZTS) for opto-electronic applications such as photocatalysis, gaz sensors, solar cells, UV and IR detectors. Nanomaterials and thin films are grown by different low cost techniques (spray pyrolysis, chemical bath deposition (CBD), spin coating, electrodeposition and sputtering). She pulished about 100 papers in International Journals with impact factor and supervised more than 20 PhD thesis. Since 1989 she is a researcher in Physics Condensed Matter Laboratory (LPMC) where she was a head (2011-2015). In the period 2013-2014 she occupied the post of General Director of Physico-Chemical Analysis Institute (INRAP) in the Technopole of Sidi Thabet.

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Additionally, he retired at the end of November 2019, and contributed with Keynote/Plenary Speeches over 180 Virtual/Webinar Conferences, in the coronavirus outbreak in four year of his retirement, 2020 and 2023. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University in 1999-2004. He supervised 5 PhD- theses and 3 M. Sc theses. He is also technical committee member of many conferences. He received a certificate which is being awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000. The ICDD (International Centre for Diffraction Data) also appreciates cooperation of his group and interest in Powder Diffraction File. Scientific fields of Dr. Adiguzel: Shape memory effect and displacive phase transformations in shape memory alloys and other alloys, molecular dynamics simulations, alloy modeling, electron microscopy, electron diffraction, x-ray diffraction and crystallography.

Prof. Dr. Fateh MEBAREK OUDINA, received Ph. D. in 2010. He has worked as staff and process engineer at SONATRACH, Algeria. His main research interests are CFD, MHD, rotating flows, hydrodynamic stability…He has published many papers in international refereed journals and proceeding. Now he work at Skikda university, Algeria. Areas of Current Research: - Nanofluids; - Combustion; - Clean energy; - MHD stability.

Dr. Tshireletso Madumo is a scientist at Ekurhuleni Water Care Company chemical laboratory in South Africa with 10 years’ experience where she performs accredited testing services on wastewater matrices, to ensure consistent excellence in water care for Green Drop status compliance. Tshireletso holds a National Diploma in Analytical chemistry, Bachelor of Technology degree in chemistry from Tshwane University of Technology and a Master’s Degree Chemical Engineering from the University of South Africa. Tshireletso published a paper named “Development of nitrogen doped graphene/MOF nanocomposites towards adsorptive removal of Cr (VI) from the wastewater of the Herbert Bickley treatment works” in Febuary 2023.
